WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Q: What time do the festival gates open?

A: Gates open at 5:30. RCHS Wind Ensemble will begin at 6:30. KSO will begin at dusk (7:45-8pm)

Q: Do I need to bring money

A: Food, beverage, and marketplace vendors will be available. 

Q: Where is the festival located?

A: 411 N. 3rd St. Kingston, TN 37763

Q: Can I exit and re-enter the festival?

A: Absolutely. Having wristbands make entry and exits super easy. Just come to the gate and show your wristband! Guests can leave and re-enter, but you MUST check out and in each time. Failing to do so will prohibit re-entry.

Q: How will you prepare for weather?

A: We have a rain date for the very next day. In the event of rain the event will be held on May 21 at the same time

Q: What can I bring into the festival?

A:
• Lawn Chairs
• Baby strollers
• Blankets, sheets, towels
• Small cameras
• Reusable water bottles (empty)
• Hand sanitizer
• Sunscreen

Q: What do I need to leave at home?
A:
• Aerosol containers
• Coolers
• Framed backpacks
• Any and all professional audio recording equipment, professional cameras, professional video equipment, drones or other flying devices
• Hammocks
• Glass containers
• Illegal substances
• Outside food and beverages
• Pets
• Selfie sticks
• Skateboards, scooters, or bicycles
• Wagons or carts
• Tents, canopies, or shade structures
• Weapons (including pocket knives and fireworks)

Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: We have designated areas for smoking to promote a great experience for everyone!


Q: Are prescription medications allowed?
A: Guests are allowed to bring medically necessary medications into the festival as long as the medicine or prescription is properly labeled with the guest’s name. Our personnel at the gate may verify the contents. If your medication requires syringes or medical waste, please discard it in the proper receptacles at our medical tent.

 

Q: Where do I park my car? Do I need a parking pass?
A: We don’t have dedicated parking so you won’t need a parking pass. Parking will be availale around town. Please look for event parking signs.

Q: Can I bring my service animal?
A: Service animals are allowed with a notice of responsibility for the animal.

Q: What if I have mobility issues?
A: We’re wheelchair accessible, but remember, our venue is outdoors. In case of inclement weather, portions of our venue could become very muddy. We don’t provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push service of any kind or wheelchairs for rent or loan. Wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and three or four-wheeled scooters are allowed only for guest with mobility disabilities. For safety reasons, requests to use other power-driven mobility devices will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Handicap accessible portable toilets are available throughout the festival venue.

Q: I need access to the handicap accessible viewing areas. How do I get that?

A: Upon arrival at the festival, please visit the Ticket Booth for information on the accessibility wristband program. Note: The wristband does not guarantee a spot in these areas. Please note that these viewing areas have a limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot save or reserve seats or areas on the platform.
